This is the interpretation of the sentence of the most High, which is come upon my lord, the king.

דְּנָ֥ה פִשְׁרָ֖א מַלְכָּ֑א וּגְזֵרַ֤ת עליא עִלָּאָה֙ הִ֔יא דִּ֥י מְטָ֖ת עַל־מראי מָרִ֥י מַלְכָּֽא׃
