And down. What does it mean to be transformed? It signifies that I can restore those who have stumbled. It is simple for Me to accomplish all things.

At the conclusion of this passage, a directive is issued to the Prophet instructing him to go (Jer. 18:1) into the dwelling of the potter. The Prophet follows this instruction and observes the potter shaping a vessel. When the vessel collapses and shatters, the potter begins to recreate it. As it is written, Jer. 18:4: "And the vessel fell, and was broken, and he made it out of clay with his hands, and again he made another vessel out of it, as it pleased you to see him make it." This illustrates that the potter wields authority over the clay, crafting it into whatever form he desires. Therefore, God commands the prophet, "Say to them:"
