When observing a neighbor who has sinned, do not focus solely on that wrongdoing; instead, reflect on their positive actions or virtues. Oftentimes, by taking a broader perspective rather than making judgments based on isolated incidents, you may discover that they have qualities that surpass your own. Indeed, God examines humanity not merely on individual acts. "For I," He declares, "will come to gather their works and their thoughts" (Isaiah 66:18). Jehoshaphat, after calling out a current fault, also acknowledged past righteousness by stating, "Nevertheless, good words are also found in thee."
