Do you observe the audacity? Do you recognize the bravery? He speaks these words to someone who possessed the authority to take a life! He also laments for others.

Arioch set forth to execute the wise men of Babylon. Through his wisdom, Daniel rescued those who were being condemned to death due to their folly. The wise men of Babylon were devoid of understanding, while knowledge was disclosed to Daniel through his prayers.
