John Chrysostom
Joseph and his father Jacob were presented to Pharaoh. The Pharaoh inquired of Jacob, "How many years are the days of your life?" Noting that Jacob appeared as a venerable elder, he sought to know the length of his years.
And being asked by him: How many are the days of the years of thy life?

How many years comprise the days of your existence? It may be that he inquires due to the perception of Jacob's image, where his later years appeared to be significantly advanced.
