He who increases the nations and brings about their downfall, also fully revives those whom He has humbled. We can perceive that the Lord expands the nations while simultaneously leading them to destruction, as each day new individuals are born with the inevitability of death. Additionally, those He has brought low are completely restored; we can understand this to mean that those who pass away are resurrected. Nonetheless, we should delve deeper into this notion, considering the implications for their souls.

For He indeed increases the nations and causes their ruin; He both enhances the number of their descendants yet permits them to remain in disbelief. However, those whom He has humbled, He restores entirely, for those left in the pit of unfaithfulness will, at some point, be reinstated to the path of faith. Yet even upon restoration to a renewed mindset, the earlier faithful servants who have now been rejected may experience significant turmoil within. Misled by their own misconceptions, they may eventually rise in rebellion against the very One they once proclaimed. Furthermore, it is connected:
