If someone has reached the eighth day (Num. 29:35; Lev. 23:36) and has experienced resurrection from the dead (meaning liberation from all carnal desires, worldly thoughts, and words in accordance with God), they have commenced the blessed existence of God (the law that is rightly referred to as life, and indeed is life), as they have been transformed into a divine being through deification (John 10:34).
