If you identify a user falsely claiming affiliation with an organization or misusing the Services, please notify us immediately.

Use of the Services

Account Creation and Access
To use the Services, you must create a personal account (“Account”), select a username (“Theosis ID”), and secure it with a password. You are responsible for ensuring that your details are accurate and up to date. Using a false name or impersonating another person is prohibited.

• Third-party Accounts: You may also sign in using external account credentials, such as Google or Apple. By doing so, you allow us to access certain information from these services to provide the functionality of the Services. You can manage the data shared in the settings of your third-party account.

User Requirements
By using the Services, you confirm that you are either of legal age or have parental/guardian consent if you are a minor. Organizations acting on behalf of multiple users must ensure compliance with all conditions.
The Services may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any use that violates applicable laws is strictly prohibited.

Subscription and Fees

Demo Phase and Limited Access
Theosis offers new users a demo phase, providing limited access to most platform features. This phase is intended to give you an overview of the Services.

Annual License
After the demo phase, full access to the platform’s features requires the purchase of an annual license. This license provides unrestricted access to all premium features and content for one year.

Payment Terms
Payment for the annual license is required upfront. Automatic renewal of the license at the end of the term can be enabled or disabled in your account settings. If the license is not renewed on time, your access will revert to the limited features of the free version.
Refunds for unused periods within the license term are excluded. All sales are final unless errors or technical issues occur, in which case we will endeavor to find a solution.

Additional Terms for App Stores

Use of the Theosis App
The Theosis App and related Services must be obtained via third-party app stores such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. These stores may impose their own terms, which you must agree to before downloading the app. Your license to use the app is subject to both the terms of the relevant app store and these T&Cs.

Supplementary Terms for the Apple App Store
The following terms apply to the use of the Theosis App if downloaded through the Apple App Store:

• Parties to the Agreement: These T&Cs form an agreement between you and Theosis OÜ, not between you and Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• License Scope: You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the app for private, personal, and non-commercial purposes, subject to these T&Cs.
• Apple Devices: The app may only be used on Apple devices that you own or control.
• Maintenance and Support: Apple is not obligated to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• Warranty and Refunds: If the app fails to meet applicable warranty standards, notify Apple. Apple’s sole obligation is to refund the purchase price, if applicable.
• Third-party Claims: Theosis OÜ, not Apple, is responsible for handling claims related to the app, including intellectual property disputes.
• Compliance Statement: You confirm that you are not located in a country under international sanctions or on a prohibited parties list.
• Third-party Beneficiaries: You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these T&Cs and have the right to enforce them against you.
