He declares that the Lord gazes upon the entire earth, seeking to empower those whose hearts are fully devoted to Him. Those who earnestly seek the Lord will find salvation. He then issues a clearer admonition: "Yet you have acted in this way," followed by a prophecy of impending trials: "From now on, you shall face conflict."
