The Healer of souls dispatched the prophet Eliezer, the son of Dodi, to Jehoshaphat to denounce him for his alliance and to prophesy his consequences. He stated, “Because you have allied yourself with Ohoziah and have maintained companionship with him, the Lord will dismantle your endeavors, your ships will be wrecked, and you will be unable to reach Pharsis.”
