There exists purification through Christ for those among the Jews who seek true wisdom. The divinely inspired disciples of Christ, along with those who came to believe through their witness, exemplified this before others; they rightly embody the image of the elders mentioned in Deuteronomy 21:5. By choosing faith in Christ and turning away from the wrongdoing of Israel, they were esteemed and set apart. To God the Father, along with the Holy Spirit, be glory forever and ever. Amen.
