The pronoun "thou," which refers to Moses, is directed toward all of Israel through him. The term "made" is interpreted by O. Gerlach as "ausgerichtet," meaning to bestow. According to the English Comm. Bible, this term is relatively uncommon in Hebrews but denotes an action that brings disgrace and dishonor upon the guilty. The essence of this could be expressed as, "What would you say... regarding how I have shamed (humiliated) Egypt?"
