The enclosure of the tabernacle featured a curtain measuring 100 cubits (150 feet) on one long side, supported by 20 pillars. This arrangement resulted in a gap of five cubits (7.5 feet) between each pillar, which were likely connected by staves. The linen veil, described as white, was suspended from these pillars using silver staves and silver hooks. The tops of the pillars were also adorned with silver, as noted in Exodus 38:17. At the entrance of the enclosure, there were only three posts on either side, from which the extended section of the linen veil draped down. The opening, spanning twenty cubits in width, remained unobstructed.
