Basil the Great
It is not permitted for individuals to engage in actions purely for their own pleasure, meaning they should not credit themselves with accomplishments but rather attribute them to God, the Source of all goodness.
What man soever shall make the like, to enjoy the smell thereof, he shall perish out of his people.
