Therefore, the Lord God declares: Since you have uttered vain words and witnessed falsehoods, behold, I am against you, says the Lord God. In this proclamation, the focus is on those false prophets who propagate empty teachings and witness untruths, continuing to uphold their erroneous doctrines. The Lord Himself will rise against them and extend His mighty hand to strike them without hesitation. He warns that they will not be part of the assembly of His people or His Church; instead, they will find themselves aligned with the synagogue of Satan, rejected from the house of Israel.

They will not dwell in the land of Israel, the land of the living, but rather in the realm of the dead and the shadowy depths. This separation from the congregation of the Lord's people serves as a means for them to recognize that He is indeed the Lord. The translation conveys that they will not be part of the teaching or discipline of His people. There exists a distinction between the discipline meted out to adversaries and that given to His children. Pour out Your fury on the mouths that do not acknowledge You, and upon the nations that fail to call upon Your name.
