When the prophecy comes to pass, the sacred space will be surrendered to cruel invaders, and the young will be slaughtered. A messenger will emerge from that place to report the events that have unfolded, reminding everyone of the prophecy. They should not remain silent; they must proclaim that this has occurred by My authority and consent, and they are facing retribution for their iniquity. It is not their adversaries who have caused their suffering, but My righteous anger has brought upon them the tribulations they endure. Following this, the prophecy then addresses those living near Israel, who take delight in the calamities that befall it, and are the first to give rise to the offspring of Ammon.
