He rose majestically, reaching great heights due to the abundance of his branches. The blessed Daniel reveals this multitude of branches, noting that Darius, who succeeded Belshazzar in his reign, appointed a hundred and twenty governors. The source of this growth was abundant waters. By spreading his roots far and wide and receiving generous irrigation, he sustained these branches. In a similar elaboration, God declares:
