The location will be designated as the fall and the vast burial, and the land will be purified. Having prophesied these events, God instructs the birds and animals to assemble as if for a banquet, due to the countless bodies that have perished. He issues this command not as if addressing the irrational creatures, but rather affirming to the rational beings that these actions occur by His will. God proclaimed, “Ye shall eat the flesh of bullocks, sheep, lambs, goats, and fat oxen of all,” in a metaphorical sense, identifying kings, princes, and their leaders as bullocks, sheep, goats, and oxen, whereas His subjects were referred to as lambs. He likened their slaughter to His own sacrifice, carried out in accordance with His sovereign plan.
