Pharaoh will raise your status. In other words, he will elevate your condition. Additionally, you will undergo a complete transformation through Pharaoh's intervention. This phrase has similar usage in other contexts (Exodus 30:12, Numbers 1:49). It is possible that Pharaoh had a tradition of reviewing those who served him before his birthday, allowing him to commend the loyal and grant mercy to a few who had erred.
