The commandments provide additional details regarding the sacrifices for the Sabbath, stating: ‘And on the sabbath day thou shalt offer two lambs of one year old without blemish, and in the grain offering two tenths of an ephah of wheat flour mingled with oil, and a libation therewith: this is the sabbath burnt offering on every sabbath, over and above the continual burnt offering and the libation therewith.’ The method of sacrifice remains unchanged and consistent with what has been previously described, indicating no deviation in the process.
