The methods and pathways through which God's wisdom has guided, shaped, and led the wayward to obedience and salvation since the earliest promise to our ancestors are just as wondrous and unfathomable. These divine strategies, as outlined in Scripture, can be categorized into enduring gifts for humanity and those used temporarily, tailored to the particular needs of different nations and individuals. The foremost enduring means is the call to understand and act upon God's law.

Moses's words to the Israelites in Deuteronomy remain an eternal testament, echoed throughout the sacred texts: 'Put on your hearts all the words which I have declared to you today, and bequeath them to your children, that they may endeavor to fulfill all the words of this law; for it is not nothing to you, but in it is your life' (Deuteronomy 32:46-47). Historical evidence reveals that when nations are eager to learn and obey God's will, He provides them with wise preachers, leaders, and rulers filled with zeal for His law. Conversely, in times of neglect of God's word, the prevalence of true preachers diminishes, and false teachers abound. A notable declaration from the prophet Amos illustrates this: 'Behold the days come, saith the Lord, when I will send upon the earth a famine, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but a thirst to hear the word of the Lord. And they shall go from sea to sea, and wander from north to east, seeking the word of the Lord, and shall not find it' (Amos 8:11-12). This prophetic message resonates deeply today. Many Christian nations, having strayed from the true faith and the authentic church, ‘go from sea to sea’ in search of orthodoxy, often ending up in despair as they attempt to forge a new version of Christian belief that suits their own desires.
