The church, referred to as ekklhsia, is highlighted once more when it is stated that the tablets contained all the words the Lord spoke to you from the midst of the fire on the mountain during the day of assembly (eu hmera ekklhsiaj). Moses expresses this idea more explicitly, stating that on that day, when you were summoned by God, you came together.
