I will disperse the evildoers who have abandoned My law with a strong hand; however, those who are deemed worthy and have become faithful stewards of My covenant will be gathered into My grace. This clearly refers to the Apostles and those who, through their ministry, embraced the divine message. Following this warning to the wrongdoers, it is declared: I will remove them from their land, and they shall not enter the territory of Israel; then you will know that I am the Lord. The very individuals I restore from their sins will once again be scattered among the nations due to their wrongdoing. This was fulfilled after the crucifixion of our Savior. The Romans, having taken them captive, cast them across the earth, exiling them from their holy city.

Noticing the impending trials, the One who loves humankind offers them encouragement and guidance, reminding them of His assurances. He desires not the demise of the sinner but wishes for them to repent and live (Ezekiel 18:23). Therefore, He continues:
