I will disperse the unrighteous who have abandoned My commandments with discipline; however, I will gather those deemed worthy, who have committed to My covenant, showing them My grace and guidance. This message applies to the Apostles and those who, through their ministry, embraced the divine message. He then reiterates the warning to the wicked, stating: I will remove them from their place of dwelling, and they shall not enter the land of Israel, and you shall know that I am the Lord. Those I am restoring from exile will be scattered once more among the nations due to their wrongdoing. This occurred following the crucifixion of our Savior, as the Romans subjugated them, dispersing them across the globe and expelling them from their beloved city.

After foretelling such lamentations, the compassionate One again offers them encouragement and guidance, reminding them of His assurances, declaring that He takes no pleasure in the death of the sinner, but desires for them to repent and live (Ezekiel 18:23). Therefore, He proceeds:
