God instructs that the priests are to be granted plots of land in the outskirts of the city, extending ten thousand cubits from the east to the west, from the north to midday, and an additional twenty-five thousand cubits. This is so that they may, as written, utilize the tithes and offerings of the firstborn, deriving sustenance from the land. This provision allows them to live in peace, promote righteousness, refrain from excessive desires, and not bring distress upon the people. As stated in Ezekiel 45:9, the elders of Israel are to discard injustice and wickedness, and ensure that judgment and righteousness prevail, eliminating violence among the populace, declares the Lord Adonai.

He then establishes regulations regarding measures and weights, emphasizing the necessity for fairness and integrity in these dealings, commanding that there must be a uniform standard for both receiving and giving. It is revealed that a kor consists of ten homors, with each homor made up of ten quinixes, totaling one hundred quinixes in a kor. He designates the ephi as a measurement equivalent to one quinix. He commands that fifty shekels are to equal a mina, with each shekel containing twenty ovols. Furthermore, he defines ten kotyls of oil as a homor, which he determines to be one-tenth of a korah. It is commanded that the offerings of wheat and barley shall amount to one-sixth of a homor, which corresponds to half a медимна, a term we also reference. Given that there are thirty медимны in a korah and the homorah comprises one-tenth of that korah, it follows that the homorah must consist of three медимны, and the sixth part of three медимны equals half a медимна.

The command states that from ten kotyls, one kotyl should be presented, alongside a tithe of sheep, specifically one-tenth of a sheep. All these offerings are to be provided by the people to the elder for the necessary sacrifices, enabling them to conduct offerings on festivals, during new moons, and on Sabbaths, while interceding with God on behalf of the people. Subsequently, guidelines are outlined for the observance of the new month in the tenth month, the actions for the fourteenth day, and what should transpire in the seventh month. The offering designated for the seventh month is deemed a sacrifice. It is stated: "The sacrifice of unleavened bread to the calf, and of unleavened bread to the ram, and of oil to the unleavened calf," and as noted in the Syrian translation, is synonymous with gemina.
