This parallels the persecutions experienced by Christ, as noted previously, mirrored in the lives of the holy Apostles. Those we discuss now, amidst their own struggles and recognized for their wisdom and capability in uncovering profound truths, became known initially to influential figures and ultimately to the rulers of the world. These leaders, believing they had knowledge of the future through divine revelation in the Spirit, granted them the authority to be builders of communities and leaders among nations. They were also empowered to share the light of sound doctrine, guiding others toward the pathway of life, that is, the divine message and the heavenly truths, facilitating access to the highest forms of education.
