Moab is confounded, because he is overthrown: howl ye, and cry, tell ye it in Arnon, that Moab is wasted.
הֹבִ֥ישׁ מוֹאָ֛ב כִּֽי־חַ֖תָּה הילילי הֵילִ֣ילוּ ׀ וזעקי וּֽזְעָ֑קוּ הַגִּ֣ידוּ בְאַרְנ֔וֹן כִּ֥י שֻׁדַּ֖ד מוֹאָֽב׃
