The law also includes a directive concerning a wife who is bleeding and a woman suffering from a relentless flow that renders her unclean. Just as any vessel, bed, garment, or man who comes into contact or proximity with a man emitting seed becomes unclean, so too is she made unclean. In the same way, her treatment involves purification with water, the offering of turtledoves, and atonement through the priest. (See Lev. 15:1-15)
