Those who disregard these teachings and protect the one deserving of judgment, akin to Saul with Agag (1 Sam. 15:9) and Eli with his sons who did not know the Lord (1 Sam. 2:25-34), have tarnished not only their own honor but also the sanctity of the Church in their community. Consequently, they stand unjustified before God and righteous individuals, as their actions may lead many new believers and the uninformed, as well as young men and women, into temptation. Woe to them, for they will face severe consequences, with a millstone tied around their neck (Matthew 18:6-7), and plunge into the depths for their transgressions.

Due to their gross negligence, they, being the leaders, cause others to falter and, infected by the same affliction, will inevitably be lost alongside them, similar to the fate of those who followed Jeroboam (3 Kings 12:12-15) and the rebels with Korah (Num. 16:32-35).
