Therefore, extend your assistance to your offspring, to prevent yourself from facing consequences due to their actions. Are you not aware of what Eli the elder experienced when he failed to adequately reprimand the misdeeds of his sons (See 1 Kings 4:18)? For when an ailment necessitates a surgical intervention, and the healer attempts to treat it with mere bandaging, the condition quickly becomes untreatable due to the lack of proper care. Similarly, the elder, instead of addressing his children with suitable responses to their wrongful deeds, offered excessive leniency, resulting in him facing punishment alongside them.

Let faith remain attentive: the occurrences are present; they are evident, unfolding before our eyes, even to those who choose to remain blind. "Behold," He declares, "the days are approaching when I will diminish your strength, along with the strength of your father’s household, and there will not be an elder among your kin. You will witness the devastation of My sanctuary, despite all that the Lord has generously provided to Israel, and there shall not be an elder in your family for all time. I will not completely remove all from My altar, to afflict your eyes and torment your spirit." These prophetic days have indeed arrived.
