I will command those within the womb of the Gileadites to expand their territory. Their intention was to exploit the land cultivated by the Israelites as their numbers dwindled. Therefore, I will set ablaze the gates of Rabbath, and its foundations will tremble with a lament on the day of battle, shaking when the end arrives. Melchom will be led into captivity along with his priests and princes, declares the Lord. He makes it clear that in declaring judgment, He summons fire, emphasizing this will occur in the day of conflict.
