Joseph, after providing his brothers with garments, vehicles, and a variety of Egyptian treasures, instructed them to go and bring their father to Egypt.
And bring away from thence your father and kindred, and come to me; and I will give you all the good things of Egypt, that you may eat the marrow of the land.

I will provide you with the finest pastures. This specific interpretation of the term טוב comes from the root יטב, influenced by the Arabic adverb. It is more challenging to assume the same clarity in Pharaoh's assurance. The strike of the land signifies the most excellent yield from the productive soil (Deuteronomy 32:14).
