The phrase "one who is small in stature" refers to an individual who prefers to remain lowly in spirit, relishing in his humility rather than striving for a higher state, and finds it repugnant to stand tall and escape the entrapment of his earthly origins. The imagery of "one who has no hair on his brow" depicts a person who has abandoned his purity, indulging in sin and wrongdoing without any sense of shame or remorse. Similarly, "he who does not see with open eyes" represents someone cloaked in spiritual blindness, unable to perceive the truth due to the darkness of his sin.
