Refer to the observation on Numbers 11:11. When he became overwhelmed with fear to the point of wishing for death, stating, "If you will treat me like this, please kill me if I have found favor in your sight, and let me not see my trouble," God intervened. He instructed him to select seventy men from among the people to serve as his companions and share in his responsibilities. Commentary on Exodus discusses the manna and the krastels.
