Moreover, it was instructed by the priest to anoint the sacred dwelling with the blood, performing this act seven times. The young woman was to be consumed entirely, leaving nothing from her physical form; this included the flesh, waste, skin, and other bodily elements. For it is through His blood that Christ consecrates the true tabernacle, which is the Church, and He purifies in a complete and abundant manner; for the sevenfold sprinkling of the tabernacle with blood symbolizes perfection, as the number seven represents completeness.

It is clear from the insights of Psalm 1:9 and particularly from the apostolic commentary in Hebrews 9:13-14, that the young woman referenced serves as a representation of Jesus Christ in various ways. Even in her appearance, which some may not directly connect to Christ, parallels can be drawn. Firstly, her status as a young woman may allude to our ancestral mother, who through her transgression seemed to pave the way for our profound redemption. Secondly, her hue reflects the agonizing suffering endured by Christ (see Heb. 1:12:1). Thirdly, her being free from bondage indicates that Jesus Christ was not ensnared by sin (2 Cor. 5:21).

Lastly, the notion that she was to be wholly consumed underscores that Christ offered Himself entirely upon the altar of the cross, being consumed by the fervor of His love for humanity, and externally subjected to the wrath of God.
