Those who disregard these teachings and protect the one due for discipline, akin to Saul in the case of Agag and Eli with his unknowing sons, have sullied their own honor as well as that of God’s Church in their community. Consequently, they stand unjust before both God and the righteous, as they become a stumbling block to many who are newly enlightened or lack understanding, including young men and women. Desolation is his fate, along with a millstone cast upon him, and the depths await for his transgressions. Due to his irresponsible actions, those under his leadership will falter, and, afflicted by the same affliction, they too are destined to perish alongside him, just as the people followed Jeroboam and the followers of Korah met their doom.
