In the Scriptures, there seems to be no account of anyone in ancient times engaging in physical intimacy with a woman who was expecting. Such relations typically recommenced only after the child had been delivered and breastfed. Moreover, you can observe that Moses' father adhered to this practice, becoming the father of Moses three years following Aaron's birth.

Jewish scholars suggest that Aaron was born a year prior to Pharaoh's decree to dispose of the Hebrew male infants. Miriam, the eldest daughter of Amram and Jochebed, was between 12 and 14 years old when the daughter of Pharaoh discovered Moses in the reeds along the Tanite branch of the Nile near Tanis.
