He states once more that it will be forsaken forever and will remain uninhabited, in a manner that is characteristic of Scripture. Therefore, just as we have previously discussed the devastation of Tyre, let us grasp this truth as well. After proclaiming the warning of judgment, he reveals their dishonesty once again.
