Theodoret of Cyrus

Sava and Dedan, the traders from the Pharisees along with their communities, will proclaim to you, You are coming to seize the riches; you have assembled your people to take silver and gold, to claim possessions, and to capture the significant captivity. As previously mentioned, Sava is a nation from Ethiopia and India, while Dedan is located near Idumea. Additionally, there exists another Ethiopian region known as Pharsis, or Carchidon. The Prophet declares that all these nations, observing your insurrection, will recognize that you have initiated this campaign out of greed.
