Gifts are also presented to the Father: the Son glorifies the Father, and Christ invites His followers with promises and bestowed treasures. The donkeys, once deemed unhelpful and a burden, now serve a valuable purpose, as they carry the representations of Christ's gifts. In the Gospel, they will transport the Giver of all gifts Himself.
