I will disperse you among the peoples, and this act serves a purpose. Your impurities will manifest from within you, and I will claim you in the sight of the nations, declares the Lord. When you are taken captive and reside in foreign lands, you will gain wisdom through your experiences. Once you turn away from your past transgressions, you will recognize that I am your God and Lord. You will be known as My treasured possession, and through you, the nations from which you have been separated will come to understand My majesty and power.
