Theodoret of Cyrus

Art. 3 Therefore, proclaim and declare, Thus says the Lord to Adonai: Consequently, let your existence lead to the downfall of all nations and all around you, so that you may inherit the speech of other peoples and face the scorn of tongues. After declaring somber and troubling prophecies to the Edomites, He shifts His words to the mountains of Israel, assuring them of the promise of blessings and urging them not to despair, for the statements of their adversaries are misleading and empty. The desolation you face will not endure; I will, says God, unveil the shame of your neighboring nations and bring an end to their arrogance toward you. They shall no longer speak of your misfortunes nor broadcast your suffering.
